Great ideas needs great tutorials

I've been surfing the net looking for someone to quickly teach me how to work this whole blog design thing, and I just tripped on my new Guru; Nathaniel.

He goes over all aspects of Adobe Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash and many many more things... this is exactly what I have been looking for for weeks now!
