Outdoor cinema

Paris is a city that completely changes in August. Most Parisians tend to move down south, and the tempo feels like it's off somewhere else too.

But for those lucky ones, who decides to stay in town, the city offers numerous activities. My favorite is the outdoor cinemas. The first time I ever went to one was during my very first summer in Paris, by the Trocadero fountain, and even though I didn't understand much of the movie, the atmosphere was just unforgettable.

So if you're in Paris this summer, or pass by for a nice weekend break, make sure to take the time to enjoy a movie at la Villette this August.
