Today, I'm experimenting in the kitchen, making my very first ravioli ever, and I've heard rumors about the pasta dough being hard to make. Maybe I should have tried this with someone more experienced before attacking on my own...
Anyways, here we go, ricotta stuffed ravioli... this is the result after throwing out the first dough.^^
