Again a first-timer; when going back from Terre d'Amanar we decided to stop by at an Argan Oil cooperation to learn about how the world's most expensive oil; Argan oil is produced.

One needs to crack them in order to take out it's seed.

Crack the seed up to reach the almond-like interior.

Then work this almond-like thing into a liquid.

Work the liquid into a dough, and once squeezed, the dough will give you the precious Argan oil.

A team like this (6 women) can produce up to 2 liters of Argan oil per day.
