Late night snack

We've drunk the champagne (actually Italian Proseccio) to celebrate Steve' birthday... and before going off to bed, I'm enjoying my Korean snacks I found earlier this evening.
I especially found the little man with the flag really cute, but I have no idea what he's trying to tell me!^^
